Payment
All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. We may forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard Credit Card as a form of payment.
Shipping Policies

What if the shoes don't fit?
Because our products are made to order, we can’t accept change‑of‑mind or size‑selection returns. If there’s a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or we sent the wrong item, you’re covered for 30 days from delivery. Start a claim: contact@cuztomshoes.com (order #id + photos).

Cancellation
An order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed, you are responsible for the payment.
