Thank you for choosing Cuztomshoes! We take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made footwear to your doorstep. Below are the details of our shipping process and policies.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
Each pair of shoes at Cuztomshoes is made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for you. Because of this personalized process, your order undergoes a production phase before shipment.
- Production & Handling Time: 5 – 7 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every detail of your custom design is perfect.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with major carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and YunExpress to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping times are estimated from the date the package leaves our facility.

3. Shipment Origin & Logistics
To provide high-quality customization at a competitive price, your orders are shipped directly from our primary manufacturing hub in Asia. Once your order is crafted and passes quality control, it is dispatched to your provided address via international express shipping.
*Note: We currently do not support delivery to Military APO/FPO addresses.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package.
Tracking Status Updates: It may take 5–7 business days for the carrier's system to update the tracking information. If your tracking number shows no information after 10 business days of receiving the email, please contact us immediately.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped internationally are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means the prices displayed on our website do not include VAT, duties, or local taxes. The recipient is responsible for any import fees, duties, or local taxes that may be applied by the destination country's customs office.
6. Separate Packages
For logistical efficiency, items in the same order may occasionally be sent in separate packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package if this occurs.
